Tired of Daimyo, Shogun, or Feudalism?
Well then,
STEP UP!
BE A MAN, "Kido"!
DISCARD FEUDALISM and
Follow the lead --- CENTRALIZED GOVERNMENT!

In the slogan, Kido is being told to be a man by supporting the centralized government and giving the lands to the emperor instead of the daimyo. He is told not to be a feudo, a daimyo, who takes the land and power of the government and makes the country decentralized and unstable. Kido is a pun that uses the slang term for "kid" as well as the name for Kido Koin.
